
Serpentini Chevrolet is a rapidly growing automotive retailer that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound and inbound prospecting, and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Set appointments
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our sales offerings
- Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and department promptly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
Qualifications:
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
- Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Must like being part of a TEAM
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated, and success-driven
- Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
- Confident, positive, and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of social media and computer programs a plus
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
- Possess 2 years of computer skills
